Central Idea: Caffeine can be found in many places and comes in many forms. It can major effects on our body and we can experience major withdrawal symptoms.
Have you ever wonder what does coffee, tea, soft drinks, chocolate, and a bottle of medications have in common? Well, I will tell you that they all contain caffeine, and that’s what I’m going to be talking about today. How many of you here consider yourself caffeine addicts? How much coffee do you drink in a day? One cup? Two cups? More? How about caffeinated sodas? Caffeine is pervasive in our society these days and every few months we hear about how a study has shown that it is bad or good for us. What are we to believe?
