The development of numerical modeling for analysis and design of flexural-strengthened RC beams using FRP reinforcement was presented. The model is simple and suitable to be implemented through a computer program. The moment–curvature relationship and subsequently the moment–deflection relationship for an RC beam with specified dimensions, internal steel reinforcement, FRP cross-sectional area, and the preload condition can be generated by the model. In addition, the model can evaluate the ultimate capacity of FRP strengthened beams upon considering a debonding criterion. The accuracy of the model was examined using 69 experimental results from the literature. The following conclusions can be drawn from this analytical study:
