Stress can be a difficult thing to cope with. Many people find themselves stressed out many times a day by a number of many different things. A lot of times when people are stressed out they tend to just eat and eat, getting comforted by the food they are eating. Stress can be in many different forms. Physical stress can occur when you do a lot of heavy lifting or any physical labor for a long period of time. Some effects of these can be aches and pains, nausea or dizziness, rapid heart rate, and frequent colds. Emotional stress can occur from life situations, troubles in relationships, or losing a family member or friend. Effects can include eating more or less, changing of sleeping habit, using alcohol or drugs, and isolating yourself from others.
