Oxford Dictionary defines ‘vote’ as a formal indication of a choice between two or more candidates or courses of action, expressed typically through a ballot or a show of hand. As a democratic country, Malaysia’s government is chose based on voting in an general election that happen once in a five years. Seth J. Hill (2017) indicated that in order to win an election, politicians attempt to persuade voter from all areas. In his research, Hill stated that swing voters influence the whole process. ‘Swing voter’ means a person who does not always vote for the same political party.
