Individual – It keeps individual at the centre of their package.
Supervision protects residents by involving an impartial third party in the work of a counsellor and resident. This helps reduce the risk of serious oversight and helps the counsellor to reflect on their own feelings, thoughts, behaviour and general approach with the resident. At St. Marys’ Convent and Nursing Home, the management carry out residents’ meetings where by, residents can make complaints, comments and suggestion about anything or anyone.
Any changes management will passes it on to the unit manger.Supervisor – The record will be provided to display support for a person and taken actions to deliver training knowledge and resources to deliver this support.
