My own story:

I found a story from the news to put it in my Graphic novel moreover I found this news from” Gulf News” It’s about the Dubai park ticket it’s become 50% sale.

Several amusement parks have recently slashed their door prices and UAE residents can save up to 50 per cent off on tickets and incidental expenses. Among those offering money-saving deals, the Aqua venture Waterpark of Atlantis hotel at The Palm Jumeirah has launched a summer Splash Sale that promises up to 50 per cent off on some water-themed attractions.

My story will be about a boy wants to visit Dubai water park, but her mom doesn’t have enough money for the ticket.

In this page I explain the news in detail.

My Graphic novel title is (Visit Dubai water park).

The storyboard has 5 wide shots (f1,10,12) and the closeup shots are (f7,8) moreover the mid shots are (f 2,3,4,5,6,9) also my art style is colorful and middle saturation and the line style is loose hand drawn. The characters are all realistic proportions.

I edit my storyboard in illustrator program to color it and make it clear drawing.

My experiment

I started to work on my Graphic novel, and I was confused between if I color it or only in a black and white. So, I applied this to color and just black, and white. As I see the colorful Graphic novel was more attractive than the black and white fiction Because it was more beautiful, and people love it. It was not bad, but it is not interesting more than the colorful. To be more explicit about the fascinating Graphic novel I asked many people about their opinion most of them love the vivid story and few of them like the black and white novel. So, in a rate, 70% chosen a colorful Graphic novel and 30% picked the black and white Graphic novel.
This is the voting that I did for the Graphic novel types:
