Excellence

Excellence, to me, means the result you get for doing something good or right. I say this because excellence is something not very many people experience. There is not enough excellence in this world. People need to be nicer to others and learn to stick up for one another. I believe, in my eyes, that my mom has come a long way and has achieved a lot in her life. With or without me, her oldest daughter. See, I was separated from her for 10 years and she had so much to tell me when I came home.
Excellence is marked by one thing only: it is a static quality. There is no end of the road, for any kind of excellence, and that is a hard reality. Excellence must be tempered by balance, because when we seek excellence in one area, we risk neglecting our other values and priorities. Excellence can be both hard and easy to achieve.
My mom, she’s done a lot and reached excellence lots of times.
